The Kent Design offers carefully curated interior designs for our clients. We work directly with licensed contractors in all areas of home improvement to create ease and comfort for clientele.
Virtual Consulting
Phone/Zoom decor consultations with virtual room planning are done remotely. This is recommended for small spaces like entryways, hallways, powder rooms. Virtual consultations do not include redesigns.
Price range $100-$400
Interior Redesign
Whole home redesign or individual rooms. Includes custom designs, coordination with general contractors and sourcing of all materials. Interior redesigns are larger projects that may include flooring, cabinetry or full remodels like kitchens and bathrooms. Pricing and scope of work determined after consultation. Consultation fee $100 for 90 minutes.
Interior Decorating
Sourcing of materials or reworking existing furniture and decor in a refreshing way. Interior decorating is for large or small spaces that need sprucing up without remodeling such as new living, dining or bedroom decor and furniture. Price range: $300-$600 including $100 per 90 minute consultation fee.
Exterior Decor/Design
Curated designs for updating curb appeal or making more functional indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces. Pricing and scope of work determined after consultation. Consultation fee $100 for 90 minutes.
